1. Who are we?

2. What does NowReply do?

NowReply is a web application that lets hospitality business owners view and reply to their Google reviews. Reply drafts are generated by AI; the end user decides whether and in what form to send them.

3. When does this agreement apply?

By creating a NowReply account or using the service, you accept these terms.

4. Account and use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for all replies sent to Google through your account.
• You may not use the service in violation of Google's terms.
• You will not share your login credentials.

5. Price and payment

Pricing is listed at nowreply.app/#pricing. Billing is monthly in advance, processed by Stripe. VAT is charged separately.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel monthly via the dashboard. No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. For outages longer than 48 hours, automatic credit is issued.

8. AI-generated content

Reply drafts are generated by an AI (Claude by Anthropic). By clicking "Send" you confirm you have read the draft, agree with it, and take responsibility for its content.

9. Liability

NowReply is not liable for indirect, consequential or reputational damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 6 months.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance via email.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
